How Klonopin treats neuropathic pain and fibromyalgia in adults?

Klonopin has been popularly used for its anti-epileptic property, but a recent study has waved light towards the purchase of drugs like Klonopin for pain relief from online pharmacies. In the earlier days, painkillers like ibuprofen and paracetamol were used but found to be less effective in pain caused due to nerve damage. Fibromyalgia is a similar condition of neuropathic pain caused by faulty nerves which result in pain, numbness and burning sensation without a proper reason.
